Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and manage various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Day-to-day tasks include expediting processes, conducting inspections, and coordinating with team members to ensure seamless project execution. The Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications Project Management experience with a focus on ensuring project completion within scope and budget Skills in Expediting and Expeditor processes Experience in conducting Inspections and ensuring quality control Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field will be a addon Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is advantageous Show more Show less
