Project Manager

Experience:- Minimum 10 Years experience in construction of commercial & residential building, execution with timely and excellent quality. Diploma/ B. Tech (Civil) -We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects. -Complete responsibility for the smooth working of the Project, Since Pre construction stage till handing over. -The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of projects. -Will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. -Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources. Oversee and coordinate all project activities, including design, construction and handover. -Keep an overall watch on the working of all the technical/non-technical staff and getting the maximum output from the team. -Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and supervise site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes. -Coordinate with client, contractors to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
