Project Manager (Real Estate)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve preparing and reviewing construction drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD. Effective collaboration with architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineers will be crucial. Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will oversee site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment management, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and construction standards. Regular site inspections and prompt resolution of on-site issues will be essential. You will be required to prepare comprehensive project reports, schedules, and cost estimations. Coordination with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely resource delivery will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining accurate project documentation and records is a key aspect of this role.
