Project manager-Real Estate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and capable Project Manager – Real Estate to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects, including plot cutting, road construction, and high-rise building developments. Candidates with prior experience in infrastructure or real estate are preferred; however, talented and knowledgeable freshers with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise residential and commercial real estate projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure timely execution of plot development, internal road works, and multi-storey construction in accordance with project plans.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards and statutory compliance.
• Oversee site operations, resolve technical challenges, and ensure effective site supervision.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety norms, including documentation and approvals.
• Identify project risks and implement timely corrective measures to mitigate delays or cost overruns.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including land development, road construction, and high-rise project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction or project management tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresher candidates with strong technical knowledge, a learning mindset, and a willingness to take on responsibility will also be considered.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Primarily site-based (in and around Raipur) with coordination at the head office
• Reporting To: General Manager / Senior Management
• Work Hours: As per site and project requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
