Job Summary:

Fuselage Innovations Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate R&D projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Initiation

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Define tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and track milestones using project management best practices.

Project Execution & Monitoring

• Oversee day-to-day project operations, assign and track tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Identify and address issues proactively, ensuring projects remain on track.

Financial Management

• Manage project budgets, control costs, and achieve profitability targets.

Risk & Change Management

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage changes in project scope and update plans accordingly.

Stakeholder & Client Communication

• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management.
• Handle project documentation such as contracts, NDAs, and renewals.

Team Leadership

• Motivate, guide, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Conduct meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure transparent communication.

Quality & Process Improvement

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
