Job Description

Drive project planning and execution and be responsible to collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope and deliverables of software development projects, develop detailed project plans and coordinate the activities of software development teams.
Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure software quality standards, security compliance, and performance metrics are met
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication on project status, risks, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensuring full compliance with Radiometers quality system, as required by authorities for medical device product development

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
9+ years of experience in project management within software development environments.
Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), especially Agile and Scrum with Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical acumen with background in web/windows application development.
