Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive high-priority strategic initiatives for the offline operations team to improve new business, expansion, and day-to-day operations across offline centers
• Manage stakeholder communication with respect to process changes, milestone planning, and escalations
• Partner with Finance, SCM, HR, Admin, and cross-functional teams to align operational execution with strategic business goals.
• Build a deep understanding of all the organization's KPIs and assist leadership in making decisions and executing them.
• Ensure the project’s OTD (On Time Delivery) while also continuously striving to improve the project’s TTV (Time To Value)
• Drive end-to-end preparation of the Annual Operating Plan in alignment with organizational strategy
• Enable leadership decision-making through scenario planning and ROI analysis
• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities :

• Have exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills; experience in client-facing roles is a plus
• Excellent decision-making and response abilities in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business Acumen / Business Operations skills to understand the market dynamics
• Advanced MS Office
• Strong analytical, Data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an Ed-tech/Ecom or similar industry is a plus
