Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination:

  Manage daily tasks, timelines, and deliverables for cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Communication:

  Facilitate sprint planning, internal meetings, and client calls to ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Monitoring:

  Proactively track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Documentation:

  Maintain comprehensive reports, SOPs, meeting notes, and status updates.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  12 years in IT project coordination or support (internships included).

• Technical Knowledge:

  Familiarity with the

  SDLC

• Tools:
