Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projectsfrom initiation to handover.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Monitor progress, quality, safety, and cost on a daily basis.

Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Lead the execution team, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Prepare work schedules (WBS), material planning, and manpower planning.

Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.

Prepare and review MIS reports, DPRs, budgets, RA bills, and other project documents.

Resolve site issues and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to avoid delays.

Support in procurement, contract management, and billing approvals.

Implement project tracking tools for better visibility and control.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Post-graduation in Project Management is a plus).

1018 years of experience in managing mid to large-scale projects in a contracting company.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, BOQ, billing, and quality standards.

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, MS Excel, and AutoCAD.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
