Roles and Responsibilities Prepare BOQs, BBS, and quantities for client billing purposes. Create a detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) based on project requirements. Report monthly material and manpower reconciliation. Develop quantity surveying reports to track progress and costs. Ensure accurate billing processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation for projects. Monitoring material and labour costs to ensure they are within budget. Matching invoices and payment records to ensure accurate financial reporting including reconciliation. Keeping a detailed and organized record of all billing activities. Working with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve any disputes. Maintain measurement books (MB) and verify site measurements. Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to gather required data.
