Project Manager – Premium Real Estate

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and execute premium residential projects in Rajnandgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong project execution experience, excellent coordination skills with architects and contractors, and the ability to deliver high-end real estate projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of premium real estate projects including villas, bungalows, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and design teams to ensure design intent is translated effectively on-site.
• Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day site operations including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure high standards of quality control, safety, and compliance are maintained across all project stages.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and cost management.
• Conduct regular site reviews, issue resolution, and status reporting to management.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders for timely delivery and execution.
• Maintain documentation including BOQs, project reports, and contractor bills.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong technical and execution knowledge in residential construction.
• Effective communication skills – ability to interact with architects, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Excel/AutoCAD.
• Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of real estate quality standards and luxury project detailing.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in residential real estate/construction.
• Willingness to relocate to Rajnandgaon.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
