Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain quality control and ensure all work aligns with Stanza Livings design and safety standards. Monitor material availability and usage to minimise wastage and optimise resources. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and resolve any onsite issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times. Act as the primary point of contact for onsite queries and ensure effective communication between all parties.
