Project Manager – Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage site execution for civil and interior-related works including

  glass partitions, aluminium sections, façades, and fit-outs

  .
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams effectively.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Handle vendor coordination, material procurement, and quality control.
• Resolve technical/site issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure satisfaction at every stage.

Requirements

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

  (mandatory).

• 5–8 years of experience

  as a Site Engineer / Project Manager in execution-heavy roles.
• Hands-on expertise in

  glass partitions, aluminium sections, façades, and related works

  .
• Strong knowledge of civil/interior project execution, including drawings, BOQs, and site safety.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
