We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Plan, define, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Allocate resources efficiently and manage project team members to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to overcome project challenges.
• Lead project closure activities, including documentation, evaluation, and lessons learned.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, clickup, or similar to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure transparency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp,).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and solve problems effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
