Role Overview: As a Project Manager for Oracle ERP at Altus Mindstream Innovation Pvt Ltd, your main responsibility will be to oversee Oracle ERP implementation projects in Pune & Jaipur. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Oracle ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs - Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success - Lead project teams effectively, providing guidance and support where necessary - Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns - Mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions - Ensure project milestones are met efficiently to keep the project on track Qualification Required: - Expertise in Business Processes and Consulting - In-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications, with experience in implementation and support - Strong skills in Project Management and risk mitigation - Proven Team Leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Experience in similar roles, with a focus on Oracle ERP projects - Bachelors degree in a related field; a Masters degree or PMP certification is advantageous,
