Project Manager-Operation Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and oversee engineering/technical projects from initiation to completion.

2. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.

3. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement, and quality).

4. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance against KPIs.

5. Identify and manage project risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.

6. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

7. Ensure adherence to compliance, safety standards, and company policies.

8. Drive process improvement initiatives in line with project goals.

9. Leverage FMCG industry knowledge (if applicable) to align projects with industry best practices.

10. Deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines with >95% on-time completion rate.

11. Lead and motivate a team of Production, Operation, Technicians & HR while coordinating with cross-functional departments.

12. Manage vendor relations, procurement timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

13. Oversee administrative functions related to project operations, including office management, documentation control, and support services.

14. Manage facility operations such as infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, and workplace safety to ensure smooth functioning of project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
