The Project Manager / Learning Operations Lead will manage the daily operations of the Bhubaneswar production team, ensuring e-learning projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with Onboard Maritime's quality standards.
This position serves as a bridge between the India office and the UK creative leadership, overseeing workflows, quality, and overall team performance.
Manage end-to-end production schedules using Monday.com.
Coordinate with the UK team for project briefs, updates, and approvals.
Conduct QA and maintain workflow documentation and file control.
Lead daily stand-ups and mentor team members.
Identify productivity issues and propose improvements.
5+ years of project management experience in e-learning, training, or digital content.
Strong familiarity with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft 365.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional or international teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
PMP or Agile certification.
Experience in education, training, or corporate learning projects.
