Job Position : Project Manager
Experience : 10 to 12 Years
Location : Ahemdabad

Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Structural Engineering to oversee and manage complex industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office

Key Requirements

Experience: 10-12 years of experience in project management within the industrial sector.
Education: B.Tech/ B.E in civil engineering or a relevant degree.
Experience in Industrial sector is must.
Candidates from Gujrat preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
