Project Manager - Odoo ERP Implementation

Role Purpose

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver Odoo ERP implementation projects as per agreed scope and timelines
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and QA
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular project status meetings and stakeholder communications
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
• Oversee testing, validation, and client sign-off of Odoo solutions
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  

Experience Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in project management within IT or ERP implementations
• Proven experience managing Odoo ERP projects
• Experience working with cross-functional and client-facing teams
