Job Title: Project Manager Global

  • Location: Noida - (Hybrid)

  • Experience: 10 12 Years

  • Education:

    BBA | MBA | Graduate or Postgraduate in Management field.
  • Industry Preference:

    Open (FMCG, Consulting, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.)

Position Summary

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to management.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assign responsibilities, track deliverables, and maintain accountability.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure teams stay motivated and focused.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
  • Maintain documentation for project planning, decisions, and lessons learned.
  • Track KPIs and ensure project performance meets defined objectives.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve issues and escalate critical challenges when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

    (MBA preferred).

  • 7-10 years

    of proven experience in project management (non-technical/business-focused projects).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with

    project management tools

    (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) preferred.
  • PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timeliness and accuracy of project reports & dashboards.
  • Number of risks/issues identified and resolved within agreed timelines.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Reduction in project delays through proactive tracking and follow-ups.
