Job Title : IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Agile/Scrum) Location : Pune, India (Hybrid/On-site as required) Experience : 7-12 Years Duration : 12 months. Work Location: BNYM, Magarpatta office. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong background in Agile and Scrum frameworks to lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure initiatives including data center migrations, cloud transformations, network upgrades, endpoint management, and IT service management improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects across their entire lifecycle using Agile/Scrum practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and vendors to deliver high-impact solutions. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Create and maintain detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and ensure on-time delivery. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. Ensure infrastructure initiatives align with organizational goals, security standards, and compliance requirements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 3 years in managing infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge and practical experience in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies. Proven experience in managing projects related to cloud (AWS, Azure), servers, networking, end-user computing, or data center infrastructure. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Teams.
