Description:A project manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to set deadlines, within budget and scope. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project resources, and ensuring project deliverables are met. They are also responsible for communicating project status to stakeholders, identifying and managing project risks, and implementing project management best practices.Role & Responsibilities:Gather requirements, coordinate associated meetings and manage customer expectationsAbility to proactively plan and execute project objectives consistently by defining the scope and meet client deliverables on time and within budgetEstablish effective project communication plans for the diverse clients and ensure their executionAble to effectively communicate and present information in written and verbal form to internal and external customersDefine tasks and required resources weekly and manage scheduling designers for day to day utilizationAbility to hold colleagues accountable for the results of their performance as well as their ability to follow established standard operating proceduresWork closely with our Design & UX leaders to regularly improve team communication and processThrive on getting great work done and building positive relationships across the teamManage feedback, input, and approval flows for design reviewsSchedule development, monitor, update and report weekly progressImpeccable and consistent attention to detailMust have Skills:Experience in working closely with creatives (i.e. UX designers, UI designers, Design Directors)Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPointMaintain file structures for the various deliverablesAbility to work with people from different backgrounds/skillsetTheoretical and practical project management knowledge
