Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Mivan (aluminum formwork) technology

Mivan Technology Oversight

Ensure correct and efficient use of Mivan shuttering systems.
Supervise setting, stripping, and maintenance of formwork systems.
Train and guide site engineers and workers on proper Mivan practices.
Resolve technical issues related to Mivan shuttering during construction.

3. Site & Team Management

Manage a team of site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.
Conduct daily/weekly site progress meetings.
Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, quality checks, and labor attendance.

4. Quality & Safety Assurance

Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures.
Ensure compliance with ISO, BIS, and safety standards.

Note: Real Estate experience Mandatory.
