Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the real estate and construction industry, your role will involve planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with Architects to address project specifications or improvements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards - Conducting quality inspections to uphold project standards - Monitoring project progress and providing detailed analysis reports to stakeholders - Managing procurement and optimizing resource allocations - Identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies - Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing their concerns promptly - Facilitating regular team meetings to understand concerns and provide detailed action plans In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Graduate/PG degree in real estate, construction management, or a related field - Minimum 7 years of proven managerial experience in project management within the hotel and real estate industry - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.,
