Project Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Planning & Design:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the design of infrastructure such as buildings, bridges, roads, and water systems.
• Review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates.

• Project Execution & Monitoring:

• Manage project schedules, deadlines, and the overall workflow to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor on-site progress, conduct quality assurance, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Oversee the construction process, coordinating workers, subcontractors, and the delivery of materials.

• Budget & Resource Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, track spending, and manage change orders.
• Allocate resources effectively, ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project.

• Risk Management & Compliance:

• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential health, safety, and technical issues.
• Ensure the project adheres to all safety regulations and environmental standards.

• Team Leadership & Communication:

• Lead and manage project teams, delegating tasks and fostering collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare and review project schedules, status reports, and other necessary documentation.
• Maintain project records and ensure all processes are well-documented using project management tools.
