Project Manager

Sprint Planning & Execution

• Facilitate on-site sprint-planning workshops, define sprint goals and user stories
• Break epics into actionable backlog items, assign priorities, and estimate story points.
• Lead daily stand-ups, impediment removal, and sprint reviews/retrospectives.

Backlog & JIRA Management

• Maintain a groomed backlog in JIRA: create, refine, and prioritize tickets.
• Enforce issue types, workflows, custom fields, and labels for consistent tracking.
• Configure dashboards and filters to surface sprint health, burndown charts, and release readiness.

Release & Milestone Coordination

• Define release plans and timelines; coordinate code freezes, UAT windows, and go-live activities.
• Manage dependencies across ERPNext, n8n automations, DevOps, and QA pipelines.
• Provide weekly on-site stakeholder updates and steering-committee reports.

Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively identify schedule risks, scope creep, and resource bottlenecks.
• Track and escalate blockers, facilitate decisions, and negotiate trade-offs.
• Maintain a clear RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

Metrics & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor sprint velocity, cycle time, lead time, and defect trends in JIRA.
• Drive process retrospectives and implement agile best practices.
• Coach the team on estimation techniques, Definition of Done, and agile ceremonies.
