JOB TITLE : PROJECT MANAGER- MENDONSA FOUNDATION Problem : There are over 1,00,000 (one lakh ) housing Societies in Mumbai Metropolitan Region including Navi Mumbai , Thane city. Each medium to large Housing Society ,requires a trained Society Manager . In Administration ,Accounts ,Billing , Maintaince ,Co-Ordinations , Public Relations etc Expectation from Candidate : ( A) To source Job Requirements from Housing Societies for Society Manager, Electrician ,Plumber ,Event Organiser , BMC Liaison work etc (B) To source candidates and put them through Training for 3-7 days from specific Professional (C) To collect one months salary from those Housing Societies that need a Professional Manager with a signed Contract from Chairman , Secretary or Treasurer or all three or any two . To visit different localities of Mumbai on foot and collect data of existing Housing Societies. (D) To work in identifying work for unemployed people of our Country and find them jobs. (E) To get mentally ,emotionally and physically involved with other projects of the MENDONSA FOUNDATION
