Job Opportunity: Project Manager (Building Construction) Location: Haldia, Kolkata Industry: Building Construction / Infrastructure Position: Project Manager – Building Construction Qualification: M.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 10 years in Building Construction Projects Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and skills) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end building construction projects. Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards. Manage workforce, materials, and site operations effectively. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards. Candidate Profile: Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and building construction. Proven track record in managing large-scale projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction project tools.
