Position: Project Manager – Building Construction
Qualification: M.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Building Construction Projects
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end building construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Manage workforce, materials, and site operations effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and building construction.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction project tools.
