Job Title: Project Manager IT Location: Pune, Maharashtra Work Mode : Remote Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as a Project Manager and 3+ years in the IT industry Shift Time: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday-Saturday) Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Mandatory Engineering Degree) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager with at least 1 year of experience managing IT projects and a total of 3+ years of experience in the technology domain. The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical foundation, leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate teams, and deliver projects effectively. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Conduct project evaluations and assess results for continuous improvement Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects At least 3 years of total experience in the IT industry Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech) from a recognized institution Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is an advantage but not mandatory
