Salary : hike upto 30% of ctc

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure project objectives align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress using project management tools.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, and accomplishments to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are met and projects align with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager (3–7 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
