Job Summary: The Infrastructure Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing IT infrastructure projects, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions. This role demands a balance of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: Plan, initiate, and execute IT infrastructure projects, including server installations, cloud migrations, network upgrades, and data center setups. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). 2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate technical requirements into actionable project goals. Act as the main point of contact for project-related communications, managing expectations and ensuring alignment between stakeholders. Facilitate regular status updates and steering committee meetings. 3. Technical Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions. Provide technical guidance during project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of deployed solutions. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for procurement, implementation, and support. 4. Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation plans as necessary. Ensure all infrastructure projects comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. 5. Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and tools. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
