Project Manager Intern

As an Assistant in this role, your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in Project Planning: - Helping define project goals, objectives, and timelines. - Supporting the creation of detailed project plans and schedules. - Team Collaboration: - Working with team members to track progress and ensure project deadlines are met. - Assisting in coordinating tasks across departments. - Communication Support: - Helping in preparing and distributing project updates and reports. - Ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams. - Documenting and Reporting: - Maintaining project documentation and updating project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). - Preparing regular status reports for management and stakeholders. - Risk Management Assistance: - Identifying potential project risks and assisting in developing solutions to address them. - Learning Project Management Tools: - Gaining hands-on experience using project management software to manage tasks, timelines, and resources. - Process Improvement: - Providing suggestions for improving project management processes based on observations and feedback. Qualifications required for this role: - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or related field. - Strong interest in project management and willingness to learn. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) is a plus but not required. - A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
