Project Manager Interior Fitout

As an Interior Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. - Coordinating with designers, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals. - Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards. - Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in interior contracting project management. - Strong knowledge of turnkey interior contracting principles and practices. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
