Project Manager-Interior Design

As a Project Manager at Indigo Interiors, you will be responsible for overseeing interior design projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, design teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality control. Your strong background in project execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, and client handling within the interior design or construction industry will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and execute interior design projects while ensuring timely delivery. - Coordinate between clients, design teams, site engineers, vendors, and contractors. - Conduct site visits, supervise on-site activities, and ensure quality control. - Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays or issues. - Manage budgets, procurement of materials, and vendor negotiations. - Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. - Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure client satisfaction at all stages. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the interior design or fit-out industry. - Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools. - Knowledge of local vendors, contractors, and building compliance norms in Bangalore. - Ability to manage on-site teams and handle pressure in fast-paced environments.
