Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams. Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. Control project costs, materials, and subcontractor work. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards. Prepare progress reports and update clients regularly. Resolve site issues and ensure adherence to approved drawings. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants. Ensure project profitability and client satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture. 5–10 years of experience in commercial interior project management. Strong technical knowledge of materials, services, and finishes. Proficient in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
