Project Manager

You will be responsible for daily coordination, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless communication across teams while driving task execution within the IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling project tasks, milestones, and resources for IT projects, including software development, infrastructure setups, and system integrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Development, QA, IT Support, Technical Leads, Operations) to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, proactively identifying and flagging delays or bottlenecks in the development or implementation phases.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including task trackers, status reports, sprint planning sheets, and meeting notes.
• Follow up with development teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client-facing documentation such as project handover reports, user guides, and post-delivery support documentation.
• Conduct regular team sync-ups (daily stand-ups or weekly meetings) to review project progress, address concerns, and escalate critical issues to senior managers.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts such as cloud computing, networking, databases, and systems integration.

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant project management experience in an IT services or consulting environment.
• Previous experience in managing or supporting software development projects, system integrations, or IT infrastructure deployments is strongly preferred.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or any Post Graduation.
• Additional certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or any other project management certifications are a plus.

Others:

• Candidate should be willing to relocate or commute to North Bangalore (Yelahanka) for work in office.
