Job Description

Position - Project Manager in the Facade Industry

Gender: Male
Role: Project Manager in facade
Language: Proficiency in English & Hindi
Employment Type: Full Time, 6-Day,
Permanent Location: Kompally, Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Remotely: No

Responsibilities:

Manage the complete faade execution at site including glazing, ACP cladding, curtain wall, and related systems.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for drawings, approvals, and technical clarifications.
Review faade drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with design standards.
Monitor daily work progress, manpower allocation, and material availability.
Ensure all installations meet quality standards and safety protocols.
Manage subcontractors and supervise their day-to-day activities.
Conduct inspections, testing, and coordinate for final approvals/handover.
Identify site issues, propose solutions, and support project planning.
Maintain documentationdaily reports, QA/QC records, material checklists, snag lists, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant engineering field.
6–10 years of experience in faade works (glazing, cladding, curtain wall systems).
Strong knowledge of faade materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and work under project timelines.

Salary : 40000 – 60000 CTC
