Job Summary

The Site Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects at the site level. This role ensures that construction or project activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Site Project Manager coordinates with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, organize, and manage site activities as per project schedule
• Prepare project execution plans, method statements, and work schedules
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved

Site Management

• Oversee daily site operations and supervise engineers, supervisors, and labor
• Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and manpower at site
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

Cost & Budget Control

• Monitor project costs and control site expenditures
• Track material consumption and labor productivity
• Support billing, measurements, and cost reporting

Quality Control

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on site
• Implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and logs
• Ensure proper documentation of drawings, approvals, and changes
• Manage site-related correspondence

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management software (Primavera, MS Project)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering (or relevant field)
• Project Management certification (PMP / PRINCE2 – preferred)

Experience

• 1–6 years of experience in site-based project management
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or real estate projects

Work Location

• Project site (with possible travel to multiple locations)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
