Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager-HVAC based out of Faridabad. Candidate is expected to manage multiple projects in co-ordination with client and designated project engineers. Site visits and client interaction is an integral part of the job. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HVAC project activities, including project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery. The Project Manager will ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budgetary guidelines. Key responsibilities include managing project resources, facilitating expediting procedures, coordinating inspections, and ensuring efficient logistics management to support project operations. The role also includes close collaboration with clients to ensure the successful completion of turnkey solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management and Expediting, with strong organizational and leadership skills to manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in Expeditor and Inspection tasks, ensuring quality standards are met during the project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Logistics Management for coordinating and optimizing the supply chain and material handling for projects.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills for working effectively with clients, engineers, and technicians.
• Experience in the HVAC industry and familiarity with MEP systems is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field will be preferred; certifications in Project Management are advantageous.
