Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager specializing in hotel construction, located in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the planning, coordination, and execution of hotel construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, supervising construction teams, collaborating with architects and designers, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager will also handle vendor and stakeholder communication to maintain alignment during all project phases.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and team leadership skills, with experience in planning, execution, and managing timelines.
• Proficiency in construction oversight, budgeting, and quality assurance in hospitality or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and regulatory guidelines for construction projects.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships, facilitate stakeholder communication, and resolve issues effectively.
• Technical understanding of construction practices and familiarity with tools used for project management.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields; a professional certification in project management is an advantage.
• Experience in hotel construction is highly preferred.
