Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with hands-on experience in delivering IT/software projects for Tamil Nadu Government Departments. The ideal candidate must be based in Chennai, fluent in Tamil and English, and well-versed in government tender processes and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of government IT projects
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA) to ensure timely execution
• Conduct client meetings, demos, and progress reviews
• Ensure compliance with government documentation and reporting standards
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Handle payment follow-ups and maintain delivery records
• Participate in tender documentation, submission, and follow-through

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering IT/software projects to Tamil Nadu Government Departments
• Strong understanding of government tender processes and documentation
• Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and written)
• Based in Chennai and available for daily office work and client visits
• Educational background in IT (UG/PG) or equivalent experience in software delivery
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
