• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects related to product formulation, material innovation, and process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Marketing to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across ink and polymer formulation, production processes, and equipment design.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical knowledge base of the department.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
