Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Business Transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, business transformation, and project management. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage and deliver large-scale projects in finance, accounting, and business transformation. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement. Analyze complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction. ### Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, and business transformation. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with financial systems, processes, and technologies. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is required; Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) certification is preferred.
