Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the IT department at Cochin, you will be responsible for leading IT projects from initiation to successful delivery. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and maintaining high-quality standards while aligning projects with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project management for multiple IT projects. - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. - Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Coordinate between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. - Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards. - Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively. - Manage resource allocation and track project performance using KPIs. - Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and team members. - Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with company standards. - Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in IT project management. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum frameworks. - Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Zoho Projects. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. - PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification is an added advantage.
