KRAs Lead the Projects with responsibility for delivery of projects in line with business objectives with a focus on cost, quality, safety and schedule for project delivery Ensure robust planning and coordination with entire team to achieve the project plan Present and finalise a project plan along with budget for the project Will lead and manage to monitoring the quality of the project being developed, to ensure customer satisfaction at the time of handover Will Coordinate with architects and consultants for drawings and technical discussions Will be responsible for mobilising resources as per project requirement Provide monthly updates with plans and actuals, cash flow requirements Requirements Must Have Skills: Experience in Project Management Experience handled High Rise Residential Projects. Experience in Technical Design coordination. Well versed with MS Office Preferred Skills/Experience Must have been in a managerial role to handle teams Must have experience in working with petty and small contractors Experience and knowledge for MSP/Primavera Must have had prior experience in working in a residential development from piling to handing over to customers Must have worked in a project for minimum 4 years in aluform technology/MIVAN shuttering Show more Show less
