Role Overview: You will be the Project Manager responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives for the D2C brand. Your role will involve managing projects ranging from website enhancements to performance marketing campaigns and new product launches. As a strong communicator and proficient organizer, you should possess a solid understanding of the D2C customer journey and digital technology stack. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Project Lifecycle: Oversee all phases of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. - Scope & Requirement Definition: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define clear project scopes, objectives, and detailed requirements. - Timeline & Resource Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. - Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and manage project risks and issues. - D2C Campaign Management: Coordinate integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels. - Website & CRO Projects: Lead projects focused on optimizing the D2C website and Conversion Rate Optimization. - Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular status reports and aligning priorities among teams. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role in an E-commerce or D2C environment. - Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Additional Details: - Preferred Skills include certification in Project Management, experience managing web development projects, deep understanding of web analytics tools, and experience with a D2C subscription or retention model.
