Job Description

The Project Manager (Civil) will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil construction projects valued up to 40 Crores

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects (up to 40Cr value).
Prepare detailed project schedules and monitor progress using bar charts, CPM, and other planning tools.
Oversee manpower allocation, productivity, and site resource management.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and work estimates.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.

Desired profile:

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, bar charts, project planning, and resource management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
