Candidate from Construction sector will be preferred but its not a MUST. Role & responsibilities : Bookkeeping at Head Office Full Accounts Reconciliation of All Sites Reconciliation of Accounts with Stores Internal Accounts Audit Bank Reconciliation Bank Dealings Related to Loans & Finance ESI & PF Bookings GST Returns Income Tax Returns Preferred candidate profile : Must have at least 15 years of experience working in the Finance & Accounts department of a construction company.
The Project Manager (Civil) will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil construction projects valued up to 40 Crores . The role involves managing all phases of project execution including budgeting, resource planning, scheduling, and coordination with clients, consultants, and architects to ensure timely and quality completion within defined cost parameters. Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects (up to 40Cr value). Prepare detailed project schedules and monitor progress using bar charts, CPM, and other planning tools. Oversee manpower allocation, productivity, and site resource management. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors. Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and work estimates. Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings. Desired profile: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, bar charts, project planning, and resource management. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
