Project Manager Data

As a Project Manager specializing in Data & AI for Global Banking, your role will involve leading large-scale transformation programs within the banking domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end delivery of data management, analytics, and AI-driven projects across global markets. - Managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams. - Ensuring timely achievement of milestones, compliance with PM governance, and alignment with business objectives. You will also be responsible for: - Engaging and managing senior global stakeholders across business, data, technology, and operations. - Facilitating Steering Committees, Governance Forums, and cross-functional status meetings. - Providing high-quality project updates, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive summaries. In addition, you will need to: - Coordinate with teams across multiple geographies and time zones to ensure alignment. - Collaborate with data, engineering, product, and business teams to resolve blockers and maintain project momentum. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 8+ years of Project Management experience in Banking / BFSI, Data, Analytics, or Technology Transformation projects. - Strong experience managing global stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-regional teams. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex topics in a simple, structured way. - Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid PM methodologies. - Working knowledge of data platforms, data governance, data engineering concepts, analytics, and AI/ML technologies (functional level, not hands-on). - Proven experience delivering multi-geography programs.
