Exp : 15+years in Commercial and Residential Projects

Qualification : BE in Civil/Diploma in Civil

Ready to relocate to Mangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading the project execution team.
• Scheduling as per planned and approved.
• Handling raw material procurement.
• Managing co ordination of the contactors and other working groups engaged in project work.
• Managing project deliverable in line with the project line.
• Recording and managing project issues and suggest way to tackle them.
• Help or give inputs in resolving cross functional issues or project level.
• Monitoring project progress and performance with respect to the given specification and budget.
• Providing status report to the senior management.
• Liaise with vendor in case of delay in supply of materials and keep the management informed about the same.
• Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
• Managing project scope, change control and escalating issues where necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
